This session will provide an overview of how landbanks are established, how they function, and how commissioners can use them to revitalize communities in their county. Speakers will present case studies of successful landbank practices with commercial and residential properties, and how to maximize the impact of these redevelopment organizations.

The CCAO Board of Directors heard a special presentation from the Ohio REALTORS, the state association of realtors, on the landscape of housing in Ohio and approaches communities can take to mitigate the housing shortages they may be experiencing.
