Congratulations to the recipients of the 2026 Ohio Counties Scholarship! Five students, one from each of CCAO's districts, received a $2,000 scholarship to aid in their collegiate education focusing on a career in public service.
This includes, but is not limited to: elected official, public administrators, civil servants/government employee, social workers, military, education, healthcare, law enforcement and justice, emergency services, non-profit and community service, conservation/wildlife, city/state planners, public works employees, and workforce development.
This year's recipients intend to pursue careers in public works, civil engineering, the legal field and the medical field.
The scholarships are provided through the CCAO Research and Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that obtains grants and donations to provide the high-quality information, tools, and training for our members and the people of Ohio.
